1. Use of the Service
Pawylo AI provides tools and AI-powered suggestions to help you manage your pet's health records, reminders, and general care information. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
2. Not a Substitute for Veterinary Care
Pawylo AI is an informational tool and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions concerning your pet.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will ask you to accept the new version before your next purchase or renewal.
