Eligibility for Refund
- First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of their initial subscription purchase.
- Refund requests made after 7 days are generally not eligible for a refund.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.
After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
